GIS-CST Internal Threat - Responsible for driving the Engineering effort surrounding the segmentation of email for Executive Management team (EMT) to provide heightened protection capabilities for the data residing within these mailboxes

The Operations Team Lead is responsible for acting as the primary client liaison for all technical requests, projects, and strategic initiatives, delegating tasks to other team members and NOC as appropriate. Additional responsibilities include reporting on assigned client accounts, as well as routine contact with appropriate IT personnel within the client’s organization. The Lead also acts as expert level resource on reported incidents in the client environment.

•Acted as an escalation point for any issues regarding Microsoft Cluster Technology, server deployment, desktop deployment, disaster recovery, blue screen troubleshooting and debugging•Acted as a mentor and Technical Lead for members of the Setup Team.•Assisted fortune 50 and 500 companies with troubleshooting issues regarding cluster, OS deployment, disaster recovery, boot failures, and blue screens.•Managed 11 separate contracts for the United States Army•Responsible for managing all resources purchased on the contract and accurately tracking and reporting the burn rate for the resources•Responsible for crafting the Service Delivery plan to align contracted resource to address specific pain points•Responsible for acting as my customers trusted advisor and advocate within Microsoft•Responsible for SLA data gathering, reporting, and metrics.
