I bring to the exchange an ability to find the right people for the new relationship – General Counsel and Compliance Counsel in need of new information; firm attorneys with new ways of approaching business challenges. In doing so, I coach and help In-house counsel deal with what’s keeping them up at night. And I initiate new relationships for my client law firm partners.Successful matchmaking isn’t easy, though.
