Project Manager
CurrentPerform project management, CPM (critical path method) scheduling, budgeting, engineering, change order and claims analysis as owner’s representative on design and construction of the General Services Administration’s 30-year/multi-billion dollar St. Elizabeths Program. This project involves interacting with approximately fifty project personnel and collaborating with senior level management. Responsibilities include renovation program development studies (prospectus), A/E contract management, design reviews, constructability analyses, value engineering, estimating, design preparation, liaison with design and construction management staff, project management, project commissioning, project issue analysis and contracting officer’s representative (COR). Top Secret Security Clearance has been maintained.
