• Manage brand account with over 90 franchise stores and their participation in an Online Marketing Fund, consisting of social media and website management, SEO optimizations, and SEM campaign management• Manage team of 6 consisting of an Adwords specialist, a social sedia specialist, a web designer, a graphic artist, and two marketing interns• Create, provide and present weekly store reports and call logs to Marketing Fund Executive Board• Train between 5-10 new clients at franchise headquarters every month upon their inception into the Marketing Fund• Edit keywords and analyze Adwords reports for clients to review effectiveness of SEM campaigns on Google, Yelp, and Facebook• Travel alone to regional meetings across the country to give presentations at franchise conferences and engage with clients face-to-face• Coordinate billing logs and orders for the account• Set up call tracking and campaign IDs for different portals/campaigns• Coordinate between internal departments to get projects completed• Manage the Online Reputation Management tool for clients • Educate clients on digital marketing best practices, including responding to reviews, delivering social media content, creating blog posts, prioritizing keywords, etc. • Maintain working knowledge of marketing products, services and standards
