Tracking estimating opportunities via bid sites, solicitations from general contractors and private customers, and public works listings. Assignment of opportunities to estimators based on available capacity and relevant experience. Communication with clients, contractors, and government entities throughout the estimating process. Sales tracking and evaluation of opportunities based on current and projected sales, labor capacity, and complexity of the project. Estimating commercial storefront, curtain wall and window projects ranging in size from single unit replacements to six-figure contracts on major sites in the Central Coast and southern Bay Area. Project management experience including completing submittals, environmental regulation forms, and verifying engineering drawings. Weekly team meetings; virtual and physical meetings with clients and contractors.
