Steve managed multiple projects at existing sites across the U.S. Projects ranged from technology retrofits to core and shell build-outs of restaurant and entertainment facilities. Some of his responsibilities included project planning, estimating, hiring and managing contractors and consultants, material procurement, facilitating the municipal zoning and permitting process, budgeting, scheduling, as well as providing regular reports for multiple ongoing projects.

Steve managed a comprehensive quality assurance program as a consultant for Vail Resorts Development Company. The projects included One Ski Hill Place, The Ritz Carlton Residences Vail, and the Vail Front Door Project. His responsibilities included leading kick-off meetings, orchestrating building envelope testing, inspecting and verifying that ongoing construction was being installed per specifications and industry standards, attending weekly owner meetings, issuing daily reports, issuing monthly executive summaries and project updates to owners and consultants, as well as monitoring job deficiencies and facilitating resolution.
