Supported customer service, created the production plan, confirmed order deliveries, intiated PO requisitions, developed capacity models to track availability and identify bottlenecks, scheduled ITO and rotary.

Managed the customer service and materials functions for the Wave Guide and Stamping product groups. Direct customer interface, order entry, scheduling, purchasing. Also backed up shipping / Dept. as needed.

 Contracted for 3 months to assist the installation and training of users on new MRP software by Impact Oncore. Provided planning / purchasing support as well as helped manage their end-of-year physical inventory.
