Start up venture for Thin Film technology Coating products manufacturer... Developed the position....Supported the SAP B1 implementation.... Supported customer service, created the production plan, confirmed order deliveries, intiated PO requisitions, developed capacity models to track availability and identify bottlenecks, scheduled ITO and rotary operations.·Created capacity models in Excel that stimulated ~$4 mil. of capital investment to reduce bottlenecks.·Reduced ITO green tile WIP by 43 %.·Increased on-time shipments from 62% - 97% by implementing enhanced planning techniques and inducing changes of the raw material buying policies..·Contributed to the SAP B1 implementation by creating report templates for work centers, sales and purchasing.

Managed the customer service and materials functions for the Wave Guide and Stamping product groups. Direct customer interface, order entry, scheduling, purchasing. Also backed up shipping / Dept. as needed.

- Supported the initial start up and manufacturing transition to the new factory in Spain.- Key Contibutor to the emergence out of bankruptcy.- Master planned, scheduled and purchaesd to manage the supply chain inventory of rubber tapes, ESD, insulating mastic products and kits; ~$20 million in sales.

 Contracted for 3 months to assist the installation and training of users on new MRP software by Impact Oncore. Provided planning / purchasing support as well as helped manage their end-of-year physical inventory.

Industrial Laser Products Division (1996-1998) Managed the full materials function to support 30% direct sales growth of multi-axis laser scanning subsystems ($13M sales) and provided subsystems, components and mirror assemblies to 3 other divisions.Optical Scanning Products Division (1994-1996) Managed the full materials function to support growth of the GMAX systems product line ($3M to $10M) and implemented Oracle MRP software. Optical Business Unit (1990-1993) Managed the materials function of the Resonant Scanner, M3 scanner and EOS systems product lines accounting for combined sales of $12-15M and supported the implementation of HFA MRP software.Material Planner (1984-1989)  Managed the planning function for Synchronous Motors, Medical Strip-Chart Recorders, Pen-Motors and Resonant Scanners as well as circuit board, injection molding, rotor and stator assembly departments. Also, Supported the initial startup of the Printed circuit board department.

 Managed $4M sales of the Navy and Over-T valves with average annual purchases of $1.25M.
