Interview all job applicants at both of our locations and set up second interviews when necessary. Develop and implement strategies on the use of social media for recruitment. Review incoming resumes (via email and fax) and respond in kind. Responsible for the onboarding of new hires as well as i9 verification and background checks. Update Agency website with all new openings and update internal vacancy report. Supervise Recruitment Associates including reviews, scheduling, promotions, discipline and hiring.

Provide ongoing protective oversight to individuals living in the residence. Accessible Twenty-four hour through telephone for any and all emergencies.Training and supervision of ten resident staff. Participate in the selection and evaluation of new staff. Complete staff performances and evaluations. Ensure for routine and ongoing maintenance for all agency equipment. Act as a team leader with implementing all active treatment programs. Manage household expense and staffing expenditures. Act as a custodian for on site funds including resident accounts and petty cash. Perform all direct care duties including ADL and AMAP Duties
