As the Lead for our Data Collection Portal, I functioned as the product manager for the customer facing internal-tool I had previously supported.- Managed all aspects of Sabre's Airline Data Collection Portal, including product roadmap, renewal negotiations with platform providers, standup meetings, and team retrospectives- Managed an ad hoc center of excellence team to enhance business process automation tools as well as catalog, document and maintain existing tools to ensure business continuity- Owned labor cost and duration estimates for both legacy and new low-cost carrier passenger service system implementation estimates, and maintained up-to-date standard labor estimates across hundreds of products/capabilities- Managed quarterly executive reporting contributions on revenue, KPIs and key initiatives for multiple leaders within a 400 person BU- Managed tools and processes for organizing go-live support from close to 100 teams supporting over 30 products, and collaborated with program management on night of cutover schedules to minimize customer downtime and booking revenue loss- As part of a $20M+ professional services sales goal, led teams of product and delivery resources to define standard implementation requirements and define, price and catalog over 100 value-added professional services
