My primary contract was with Nomadic Technologies; Leading the product strategy and UX design of a new healthcare platform to enhance clinician collaboration for better patient outcomes. I leveraged human-centred design practices to define, design and test the functionality of the software. This multi-sided platform included native apps and web apps for different user roles in patient care teams.Additional Projects:I also assisted a variety of organisations across a broad variety of design and strategic roles. Clients include:Rock Agency:Working closely with the director and client service team, I prepared and facilitated brand workshops with groups of stakeholders to align brand strategy. I produced and edited copy in alignment with communication guidelines for documentation and websites.CPA Australia:Working to a tight timeframe and under the direction of a department head, I developed the branding, collateral and presentation design for CPA Australia’s agile transformation launch event - Accelerate.Reel House Productions:I was responsible for leading the creative and executing a strategy across social media for an integrated crowd-funding campaign.

Working with a digital agency, I had a broad role encompassing the strategy and execution of creative and strategic output in addition to various client-facing and operational responsibilities. I worked with a variety of clients from the training, hospitality, accommodation, health & fitness, medical, beauty, financial & recruitment sectors.

As one of the founding directors of a start-up, we conducted end to end product design & development for a novel hardware device. We raised significant funding through pre-seed investors and incubator programs to develop and commercialise the patent pending product.
