Project lead for various multi-stakeholder, complex governance projects impacting educational networks (ie. 75 primary schools) in AG SO. End to end responsible for policy making, specifications, tendering, piloting and full scale implementation.Started:1) Implementing a new learning platform in Encora, our center for adult education , including a vision on blended learning for its 120 courses and a center wide policy.2) Digital competences for teachers: with DigCompEdu as guideline, implementing a policy that strives to have every teacher in AG SO reach user level on all competences of the DigCompEdu-framework.Realised:1) Intelligent Assisted Planning: a VLAIO funded project visualisizing the distribution of the resources to pay teachers and making sure their talents find their way in the workplace.2) implementing a new digital school platform for AG SO primary & special needs education (about 100 schools)3) creating an evidence-informed innovation platform for AG SODifferent policy initiatives about digital education supporting the general strategy and ambitions of AG SO

A theatre building for sale sparks an old neighbourhood dream of collectively owning a cultural community space in a neighbourhoud deprived of such things. Dads & moms that know each other by the sole 'hello!' at the school gates join forces & their mutual talents to forge the first cooperatively owned cultural community space in Belgium. 500 families entrust their money to buy the theatre building & 150 volunteers join in to make the Theatergarage the place that is today. 10.000 of which 7500 school kids visit the Theatergarage in its first season. Owned & run by volunteers from the neighbourhood, the Theatergarage might hold a new model to connect communities through arts & culture in Belgium.
