I am in charge of discovering available freight that is in need of a tractor to transport it to it's destination, and finding the tractor to do so. This is done by strategically searching Load Boards for available freight, followed by taking the same freight and posting it to different boards at a better rate in order to get the load moved while making a profit.

I was charged with strategically marketing in all areas of the U.S. with the goal of attaining drivers to continue the growth of the number 1 freight based company in the U.S. Ensured drivers files were at 100% completion before attending orientation at their specified location. Maintained contact with drivers until their completion of orientation.

Assign orientation dates and locations for drivers, keeping consistent contact between all qualified drivers to keep them sold on the job they are applying for.

Ensured the completion of all daily tasks by not only delegating them to other individuals, but also completing them myself in order to maintain an environment of strict adherence to the standards set forth by Harps. This includes the restocking of items absent from the sales floor, reconciliation of the cashiers tills and store safe, as well as organizing break schedules, organizing and cleanup of stockroom, and placing product at the front of the shelf for easy product locating.
