With over 16 years of managerial experience in operations, distribution, transportation, and logistics, I am a seasoned professional who can deliver warehousing and supply chain solutions for diverse industries and customers. I currently work as a State Transportation Manager at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, the largest North American wine and spirits distribution company, where I oversee the daily execution of the operating plan, equipment utilization, safety, and warehouse productivity for multiple sites across the state.My core competencies include warehouse management systems, inventory control, policies and procedures, vendor relations, and problem-solving skills. I have a proven track record of working both independently and in a team setting, managing a large staff through hands-on leadership, and handling multiple projects and deadlines. I am also proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. I hold an MBA from Southeastern University and a BAS and an AA from Polk State College, all in business administration and management.
