My focus is on providing and supporting the our clients through our Managed Services Helpdesk, our Network Operations Center and through supporting cloud products such as Office 365, Barracuda cloud services, managed anti-virus, network security and real-time monitoring of servers and networks.

As the IT Admin I kept their servers, network and computers running. I supported not only Windows, but also Linux, Autodesk products, MS Office and others.
