Managing the most Irish Irish Pub outside of Ireland!

My master 'Local Environmental Change and Sustainable Cities' has opened up the opportunity for me to do research into Swiss flood risk management. This research focuses on the resource allocation in Swiss flood risk management. My research helps Swiss climate adaptation policy makers evaluate their resource allocation and it can help worldwide climate adaptation policy makers to understand the example set by the Swiss federal government. For my research I join a research group at the University of Bern in the faculty of Political Science. Although I cooperate with many interdisciplinary researchers, I conduct my own research into the subject. In the end, the research executed in this internship will be described in my master thesis.
