· Troubleshoot / resolve Network Extender (Ubicell) VoIP integration issues for home and enterprise customers. This involves LAN configuration (router / switch / cable or DSL modems), QoS (jitter, packet loss), and RF or GPS interference issues.· Quickly became the subject matter expert for the Network Extender to where other team members started coming to me for help in resolving issues. · Correlated customer complaints with Network Extender performance to resolve service impacting conditions; driving troubles to resolution by engaging internal and external resources; providing accurate and timely documentation of actions.

Installed and configured servers on LAN to run nightly automation regression testing. Headed nightly regression testing and resolved any issues that were discovered with the labs (firewall configuration / IP routing issues / subnetting / script writing). Reduced overall regression time by 50%. Debugged and fixed automated test cases (call processing, provisioning, network configuration) that failed during regression testing.
