Full responsibility for all financial, capital, and business operations of this $5 million, privately-held company initially engaged in the sales of paging services and paging telecommunications products.• Directed, negotiated, and managed the integration of cellular telecommunications services and product offerings into the business, creating the region’s largest paging and indirect channel cellular sales company, doubling annual revenues.• Lead Y2K compliance efforts, migrated company accounting and business operations from DOS to Windows Mas90/2000, preventing any business interruption.

Manage the financial, capital, and business operations of this $6 million, privately-held company providing database marketing, fulfillment, and call center services. As the regional experts, we performed client database marketing work for Mercedes-Benz North America, 3M, Xerox Corporation, Dell Computer, Child Support Enforcement, and others.• Established the company’s first formal, comprehensive planning, cash flow, and budgeting model; increased revenues from $3.5 million to $4 million in first six months with projected increases of $1 to $1.5 million annual by guiding all management areas to plan strategically, manage to a budget, and affect profitability.
