Created and managed growing seven-figure litigation defense practice consisting of relationships with several national insurers to defend Arizona commercial insureds and direct non-insurance-based representation of Arizona public and commercial entities. Practice focused on employment practices liability, tort, and commercial litigation defense. Claims valued from $10,000 to in excess of $1 milllion. Timely and comprehensive investigation and assessment focused on early, successful resolutions. Spearheaded marketing and client relationships; development of case defense strategy; managing and mentored 10+ lawyers and paralegals in all litigation tasks from case inception through trial, appeal or settlement.
