I subsequently planned and managed the due diligence activities related to the successful purchase of a telecommunications equipment manufacturing company (renamed to Eagle Telecom International). As General Manager and Director of Finance of this acquired company, I was responsible for all manufacturing activities, including production, purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and shipping. I was also responsible for all financial and administrative activities, including budgeting, cash flow analysis, cost analysis, accounting, financial reporting, human resources, and facilities management.

I was the manager responsible for the development of a health care industry consulting practice in the Houston region, where I developed a working relationship with eight of the largest health care institutions in the region.
