(Design manufacture and testing).- 3D image segmentation and feature extraction.- Development of techniques for accelerated measurement of time-resolved cardiac geometry including translation of k-t BLAST framework onto animal scanner. - Blind dereverberation of audio signals- Research of model based approach to blind dereverberation of audio signals. Developed speech model, channel model and Bayesian numerical solutions. Incorporated speech classification methods into dereverberation.- Tutor of third year signal processing course and Masters statistical signal processing course.- Supervised Masters students for experimental measurement of room acoustical impulse response.

Developed audio processing toolbox for observational research and transcription package in C++. Included audio visualisation, voice activity detection, speaker identification and filtering functions.

Produced results and prepared manuscripts for research journal papers. Based on methods developed for my PhD, this involved writing code for parallel computing simulations, analysing and presenting results.
