Led the efforts that achieve Army, Joint and Coalition partner interoperability for command and control systems. Oversees interoperability testing for all Army networked software.Configuration Manages the deployed Tactical Software Baseline on behalf of the Department of the Army.

Army-wide competitively selected position responsible for leading a team of 120 government and large contractor network with an annual budget of over $100 million in the development of a next generation joint airborne intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft.

Nominative position selected by General Officer to coordinated planning, programming and budgeting on the Army staff for PATRIOT, MEADS, and THAAD Air Defense programs. Represented to Congress, senior Army and Department of Defense officials all aspects of these programs which consisted of a combined total of over 500 personnel, $3B in research and development and over $10B in procurement.Served as the Executive Officer for the office of the Deputy for Systems Management which oversaw the coordination for the development and procurement of all systems in the Army.

Led a team of eight people to coordinate system user requirements, doctrine development and training for SHORAD systems. Developed fielding strategies for new systems and capability upgrades to the soldier.

Hand picked by General Officer to lead team of 80 government and contractor personnel with an annual budget of $50M to develop and procure the US Army's Short Range Air Defense command and control system.

Guided the development, testing and fielding of $3B upgrade to $13B defense acquisition program. Provided direction and ongoing support to 150 government and civilian personnel. Served as Executive Officer to the Project Manager for the PATRIOT Air/Missile Defense System.
