X Development was created in 2016, providing investors a possibility to invest and be apart of unique, and cool developments. We have multiple projects in Utah county, salt lake county and more on the horizon. Our focus is CASH FLOW for one side of the business, and ground up development which could either be a hold or flip upon stabilization. SA Investments is a company I created. We come up with creative ways to incorporate and adapt to our current changing market conditions, where we carefully invest in short or long term deals, for ourselves and our Clients. Since 2008 we've been Brokering Foreclosure deals and other investment properties to clients. SA has purchased over 250 properties in the last 36 months and over 150MM in real estate in the last 10 years. We have all the information to make purchasing one of these investment properties easy for the Buyer. We have been purchasing in Salt Lake City and Las Vegas areas with our focus on Salt Lake. SA also has a pool of long term investment properties including Office, Retail, Doctors park, single family residential, Multi family residential. FC Homes was started to purchase, hold and flip investment properties. FC has been flipping investment properties since 2008. in 2007 Residential land sales was my recent venture that brought me into the Real Estate world. Throughout my whole life, Sales has been a strong part of it. I started my sales as a child selling door to door, different things like, apricot seeds, easter eggs. When I turned 16, I worked as a sales clerk at dougs shootn' sports in Taylorsville. I worked for 7 years selling guns. I then started working for an residential alarm company door to door. I worked one summer and decided to open my own company (Guardian Protection Inc.) selling alarms. This is where my sales skills were really used. I recruited, trained, managed, and ran this company for 3 years. In 2007, I started at Anderson Development in Land Acquisitions, but because of the change in the market, I was moved to residential land sales.
