Capital One is on a mission to change banking for good. They are the sixth-largest bank, committed to bringing ingenuity, simplicity, and humanity to banking.Within the Business Retention area, I drove the end user experience for over 850 associates in the Tulsa, Panama and Philippines. Worked as the liaison between the business units and IT resolver groups to improve technical performance for all associates, resulting in productivity increase. Led project to reengineer process that reduced approval process from 15 minutes to 2 minutes increasing productivity by 10% and reducing costs by 15%. Eliminated latency for over 700 associates by driving project to upgrade memory on all PC’s. Identified metrics showing poor performance, tested various solutions, determined solution and presented metrics to leadership team. Latency decreased dramatically, improving performance by over 30%.

The complete spectrum enabling our clients to reach their full potential and enjoy the spirit of fitness – development and competition.In my role as the Director of Business Development, I spearheaded all business development and sales activities for full list of services provided, grew sales from 50K per year to over 450K in period of 4 years, and established a training program for managers and employees while also reducing customer complaints by 50%. I was proud to lead teams that planned and implemented two major fundraising events per year, resulting in $35,000 generated for non-profit organizations.

Paetec Communication was a telecommunications company and provided internet protocol, voice, data, and internet communications. The organization was purchased by Verizon in 2008. In my role as a Product Development Manager, I supported specific product line of products, while developing new Managed Services concept and designed (as well as implemented) new product training materials and delivered training to over 240 sales professionals. I also researched and implemented installing new equipment (which increased profit margin on existing product by 17%) and identified new product opportunities within cross functional teams to develop concept documentation.
