Worked as the liaison between the business units and IT resolver groups to improve technical performance for all associates, resulting in productivity increase. Led project to reengineer process that reduced approval process from 15 minutes to 2 minutes increasing productivity by 10% and reducing costs by 15%. Eliminated latency for over 700 associates by driving project to upgrade memory on all PC’s.
