Served in a role that was “half Executive Pastor, half Adult Ministry Pastor,” with oversight of Adult, NextGen, and Local Outreach Ministries. Key responsibilities included:- Led 7 direct reports, 12 staff members, 18 volunteer team leaders, and 300+ volunteers. - Collaborated as a member of the Executive Team to lead the church in the areas of staff, finances, strategy, high-level challenges, vision goals, and calendaring. Coordinated efforts to scale our teams as we experienced significant church growth.
