Senior Program Manager (Um)
CurrentResponsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of several high volume and strategically importantoutsourced programs with one large, complex vendor partner in support of BCBSMA trend initiatives, market offerings, strategicblueprints, and policy/operational requirements. Own program oversight, vendor and performance management, management,and resolution of day-to-day operational issues, partnering to effectuate continuous quality improvement and growth asappropriate, corporate reporting, and other related activities. Serve as the primary business owner of all the programs (Utilization Management for High Tech Radiology, SleepManagement, Genetic Testing, Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology through Carelon) that are delivered tomembers in collaboration with one large vendor partner. Responsible for support and execution of projects and programs through detailed planning, execution and control ofindividual components to the project. Performs senior level strategic, qualitative, and quantitative analysis of program and project management tasks for thedepartment using research, data and analytics to resolve highly complex issues that require significant probing, analysis,and/or interpretation. Generate solutions to provide consultative support to the business with program development to meet market demands,trend mitigation strategies, and quality targets; recommends initiatives to improve efficiency, manage costs, or toenhance programs. Analyze vendor arrangements and relationships to identify opportunities to improve clinical, operational, and financialperformance to assure stakeholders receive high-quality, cost-effective service.
