• Responsible for flow of inventory (end-to-end) for 3 Dry Grocery categories (~ 600 – 800 skus)• Manage Demand Planner / Allocation Analyst• Responsible for all Planning budgets and Allocation strategies for assigned categories• Conducted cross-functional weekly meetings to align resources and strategies to increase sales

• Manage a team of 5 Allocators, overseeing all 10 Dry Grocery categories (~ 2,000 – 2,500 skus)• Work with 5 different Buyers on sales projections and budgets, provide strategic allocation plans• Collaborate with Planning and Purchasing teams to ensure timely flow of goods to support sales• Identify sales and growth opportunities, provide detailed analysis to support recommended plan

• Analyze sales data at the store and sku level, leverage potential sales opportunities• Forecast future demand at the store and sku level based on myriad dynamic criteria• Collaborate with Buyers on sales projections and allocation strategies for new products

• Manage 1 Buyer: Assign tasks, review workflow, implement new processes to increase efficiency• Manage inventory flow from vendors, adjusting orders to maintain optimal flow (~ 2,000 skus)• Collaborate with V.P. of Sales to effectively manage inventory to align purchases with sales plan• Negotiate better costing and terms from manufacturers based on volume• Conduct monthly and periodic Cycle Counts and Physical Inventories• Work with Project Managers with on-boarding new products from concept to launch• Identify under-performing, distressed and excess inventory for efficient monetization

• Supervise 2 Buyers: Delegate tasks, duties, and responsibilities, supporting them as needed • Manage vendors, negotiate pricing and other terms to reduce costs and improve efficiencies• Manage inventory, including all demand and supply forecasts, as well as all Purchasing• Periodic category reviews, ensuring an optimal product mix to meet sales and gross margin goals• Establish and maintain retail prices based on margin goals as well as current market conditions• Source new vendors, brands, categories, and products to keep offering current and enticing• Work with Marketing partners and vendors to create effective promotional campaigns

• Purchasing – Issue purchase orders daily for warehouse inventory from manufacturers• Supply Chain – Coordinate with suppliers to maintain high fill-rates, focusing on core items• Analysis – Review stores recent sales data and inventories, adjust stocking levels accordingly• Promotional Purchasing – Execute purchases to acheieve maximum promotional discounts• Special projects – Source and procure unique inventory for wholesale export orders• Trade shows – Meet with current vendors to view new products and promotional opportunities

• Purchasing – Issue purchase orders daily to local distributors for direct-store-deliveries• Coordinate – Work with vendors on upcoming promotions and new product launches• Inventory – Recommend new products, items for discontinuance and promotional items• Merchandising – Establish inventory levels for stores based on plan-o-grams and sales• Retail Pricing – Review to ensure gross margin goals are met while remaining competitive• Bulletin – Publish a weekly internal memo with product updates (promotions, new items, etc.)

• Maintain optimal warehouse inventory levels, limiting stock-outs as well as excess inventory• Work cross-functionally to plan and execute new, on-going and opportunity purchases• Collaborate with Category Leader to forecast short-term, mid-term and long-term demand• Issue and monitor purchase orders to suppliers (producers, importers, and distributors)• Analyze sales trends, depletion rates, inventory, open orders, seasonality, adjust as needed• Participate in the new products tasting panel, provide recommendations and suggestions• Audit vendor invoices to ensure proper costing, resolving variances
