I taught beginner and intermediate guitar playing and music theory in many different styles of playing.I also taught beginner piano and substituted as a beginner violin and upright bass instructor. While this is perhaps at first glance unrelated to my current industry, I believe at heart my love for teaching and seeing people grow is at the core of my ability to understand problems and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience. My students ranged from very young to senior, varying musical tastes and backgrounds, levels of experience, and reasons for learning. The ability to adapt and learn about your student has continued to serve me well through my whole career and in my personal life.
