As a business process analysis expert serving the entire MnDOT agency, my role is to facilitate diverse groups of people in understanding and improving core processes in their divisions. Juggling many projects simultaneously, I investigate, model and document processes; engage in performance management planning, assessment and reporting, and assist with.
