We give users tools to safeguard their data and agency in how it is used, while delivering the next generation of human-first software and hardware.In my time at Meta I have:Built and launched Meta accounts registration and login flows, both user experience and back-end authentication endpoints.Shipped multiple critical releases and new device launches, owning quality and risk end-to-end for ALL changesets in the OS used in MR devices during the critical final weeks and months before rollout of critical company initiatives: the introduction of Meta accounts and launch of the Quest 3 device.Developed mulit-year strategic roadmap for improving low friction access experiences for Quest devices.Delivered privacy-compliant first version (closed beta) of Quest for Business experience, and shipping a generally available product for companies and enterprise users.

I managed two product development teams that maintain and develop new micro-services for the PingOne platform: https://apidocs.pingidentity.com/pingone/platform/v1/api/Bootstrapped two new teams that delivered a variety of features in our Customer, Partner, Workforce, and core-platform solutions. One team was hired completely ground up with all new-to-Ping engineers, who inherited some existing critical platform services while also building out new functionality and services. Particular achievements are enhancements to our trial experience and admin experience for managing their solutions, as well as licensing of a multi-tenant SaaS solution with multiple offerings and tiers.The other team was seeded with some experienced Ping developers and mostly new hires that developed a greenfield project. The project delivered a solution for hybrid cloud/self-hosted customers and is being used in other strategic integrations between our own products and cloud platform.My primary role was serving and enabling my team to be successful and deliver continuous value to delight our customers. But I also spent time project planning, discussing architectural decisions, service and feature design, prioritizing and managing requirements and scope, coordinating with other teams, discussing strategy, offering mentorship as a mentor in our Women of Ping program, and managing the community involvement activities at our office such as volunteering and Hour of Code for local schools.

• Oversaw the full SDLC for a B2B SaaS product which helps more than 50,000 users manage over 1,000,000 sites and 1.7 million projects globally • Tracked development progress for large releases, managing Jira projects, boards, and versions in order to accurately report on project state and timelines • Introduced and championed the design and implementation of Feature Toggles into a legacy app with many dependencies, which cut recovery time down for high severity issues by 95% and enabled incremental staged testing of individual features across customer portfolios • Managed a team doing significant refactoring that moved the product to shorter releases from 3 months down to 1 month with fewer (and for the last 6 months 0) release-related severity issues
