With over 25 years experience in the land development industry, particularly the land planning and entitlement processes that allow for development or use of property, I have been privileged to work with many talented and dedicated professionals on a variety of projects. I have experience researching and preparing reports on a variety of subjects, navigating various approval processes, and assisting clients to maximize their land entitlements. My positions have required that I develop excellent writing skills and I take special pride in preparing readable and interesting reports. In addition, I have prepared an extensive variety of land use concept plans, rezoning plans, and the supporting application documents. As part of my current work I often am required to meet with clients, government officials, and civic organizations.
