Over several decades in the events and hospitality industry, my focus has always been to provide the highest level of customer service. First, I provided lighting and special effects for meetings and events, next I supervised facility rental for special events in a museum, then I provided destination management services. Since 2007, I’ve been an associate of HelmsBriscoe, the world’s leader in procurement of accommodations for group meetings. In all these roles, I’ve had the same clientele … corporate and association executives. I quickly came to understand their situations and priorities. I’ve tailored my service to best achieve their success, as I find the best venue to meet their unique needs and negotiate the best terms on their group contracts.My many years of experience with HelmsBriscoe has helped my clients weather many challenging times (most recently the global pandemic) as they’ve held meetings and tradeshows throughout the US and various foreign countries. Although I’m an independent agent, they’ve come to see me as a member of their staff. That’s how I roll.
