Currently, I work as a Project Manager for International Cooling Tower (ICT), where we engineer, design, fabricate, construct, and restore hundreds of cooling towers located throughout the US and internationally. As one of the Gulf Coasts leading industry providers we provide our customers with maintenance support for their towers and its components in an effort to assist their processes run cleaner and more efficiently. Over the past several months I have been responsible for managing over 30 maintenance projects as well as 3 large scale capital projects ranging in size from 10K to 20M dollars. Maintaining an average 35% profit margin ($427,017) I successfully utilized my skills to coordinate teams, resolve conflicts, expedite material procurement, and foster improved client/customer relationships.

Currently, I work as an independent quality inspector where I am responsible for the collection and inspection of various material which my client provides to its vendors, ensuring high quality standards are being met. I provide daily reports to management regarding loading/unloading progress troubleshooting bottlenecks and communicating problems, discrepancies, and incidents to aid in process progression.

Previously, I worked as a Reliability/Project engineer with Lotte Chemical where we produce polyethylene and other ethylene derivatives. There I support the Maintenance Department’s Rotating and Fixed equipment teams by implementing improvement/preventative maintenance strategies on our critical and non-critical equipment. I monitor these processes implementing MOC practices and tracking their performance, providing daily progress reports to Operations and Management teams. I also participate in routine root cause and corrective action teams tracking equipment failures, injuries due to safety, and maintenance execution techniques. Additionally, I oversee many of the maintenance departments capital projects where I coordinate with a variety of departments and vendors to organize, plan/schedule, and execute site projects. Experienced in Front End Engineering Design(FEED), compiling project deliverables, and tracking project performance through various KPI metrics.

Here at the Lake Charles Facility we perform Post Depo Maintenance for the E-8C Joint Stars A/.C (Boeing 707). I’ve worked for the past several years as an Industrial Engineer where I develop sequences of operations to be executed on the production floor assisting in improving efficient utilization of resources and equipment. I plan and manage these processes and process improvement efforts, coordinating with various groups from program management, engineering, quality and business management down to the technician level building strong relationships to aid in the PDM process. I was responsible for coordinating with project and production management to support, plan, and direct various modules built for the AP1000 Nuclear Core Reactor.My daily tasks have included supervising, quality inspections, NDT testing and evaluation, and progress audits. Changes in design implementation often lead to variations in production methods where my team and I developed plans and procedures for modification that were in conjunction with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission quality standards.
