  I am currently the Manager of Culture and Employee Engagement at Payplug, the French payment solution designed for merchants, e-commerce businesses, and fintechs. Payplug comprises 400 passionate individuals and serves numerous clients: 20,000 SMEs as well as major groups such as Maisons du Monde, Veepee, the Olympic Games organizing committee, Western Union, and kiwi.com, processing an annual total volume of transactions of 10 billion euros. (Payplug has been part of the BPCE Group since 2017.)Under the direct supervision of the HR Director, my mission is to create collaborative experiences that promote the well-being, cohesion, and performance of teams, in the context of merging two entities with different cultures. To achieve this, I implement internal communication actions, events, training, and talent development, but I also have responsibilities in office management, supplier relationship management, and administration/training on the tools we use (Officevibe by Workleap, Lucca, Okarito, Cleemy, Swile, Windoo).
