Teneo helped organizations acquire a deeper understanding of their customers and then apply that information to enter new markets, innovate in digital products and services, and create stronger brands. Our work spanned consumer and business technology, mobile, web and systems for leading organizations. I led design, development and client management at Teneo.

Led a team of systems and software engineers in the development of precision automated manufacturing and inspection systems comprised of robots, precision stages, machine vision, and sophisticated analysis and control software. While there, I stabilized and grew the engineering team, instituted new, effective, resource and project management processes that ensured on-time, on-budget delivery, helping increase profitability.

Built a product development team of 40 designers and engineers and led them in the conceptualization and execution of customer-need-inspired, beautifully-designed, well-engineered products at the intersection of automobiles and outdoor gear - winning new retailers and increasing sales.

Partner and leader in an award winning product design agency designing and developing consumer technology products. Clients included HP, Samsung, Microsoft, Intel, LSI, Infocus.

Led a group of eighteen designers and engineers in the development of server systems for small business through enterprise, contributing to over $100M in incremental board, processor and system sales.
