Post-production work, including video editing (Avid MC and Final Cut Studio), DVD authoring, video compressing for web streaming. Duties in film pre-production such as location scouting/managing, casting, storyboarding. Production work with grip/electric, transportation, location managing, talent supervising, and as an assistant to producer/director at University Communications.

Teach a weekly lab section as part of Introduction to Film curriculum. Grade student papers and provide constructive feedback. Participate in weekly teaching assistant meetings.

Work closely with producer, choreographer, and musical director to organize youth theater productions throughout the year. Responsible for all aspects of direction, including set design, lighting design, costume design, blocking, and directing children. Ensure production schedule is met. Coordinate production elements with parents.

Provide customer assistance. Resolve customer technical issues. Maintain a working knowledge of current technology and electronics. Conduct sales, manage cash register, organize displays, and participate in inventory.

Edit training videos and create DVDs. Print and compile training materials. Fulfill office duties such as answer phones and order office supplies. Participate as a representative in Novell Brainshare.
