Hello, I am fortunate to have so many contacts throughout the world that can assist me with a variety of topics. I in turn enjoy assisting others with their business needs as well. LinkedIn has multiplied this ability by several fold. I am an expert in Revenue Management with all appropriate designations and certifications. I am a CAHTA instructor as well. Thus, I go beyond data analytics, which only show a result and not necessarily a cause. My previous property level and corporate level experience in operations management help refine revenue management into actual strategy far beyond analytics, which too many revenue managers accept as the gold standard even if they do not understand the principals behind it. I am also an expert in housekeeping operations, with an extremely strong emphasis on productivity and the mathematics behind it. I am open to consultation work as well as remote work. Turning small amounts of additional revenue, and small amounts of additional savings into significant bottom line increases for additional ROI is my specialty.In addition to being a professor of higher education, my role also allows me to work specifically with recruitment of international students, as well as being the point of contact for the J1 internship program at Oklahoma State University. I fully understand the J1 internship program and have contacts with international universities offering hospitality and culinary degrees. To date I have recruited and processed over 300 international student interns in culinary arts and hospitality to work in the United States in both food service and hotels. I can assist property operators with this program with a tried and working format for recruitment of these interns for almost any hospitality operation. The advantage of international hospitality interns should be obvious, but often is overlooked. It allows a hotel or restaurant to hire a trained person, ready to work and learn that is eager to perform and assist with your operation, while also being a repeatable process where you can replace these interns each year with a fresh face. I am both a U.S. Citizen and Australian Citizen which is able to freely live and work in both countries without sponsorship. I have EU work ability if needed as well.

Before the hotel opened, I worked initially in sales and marketing and eventually became chief concierge of this five star property. I trained as a les clefs d'or concierge in New York.
