- Implementation of a wireless mesh network for the first commecial release of new dispatch system- Set-up of machine guidance for shovels, loaders, dozers and blasthole drills- De-mystifying and verifying proper configuration of 240 tonne haul truck payload measurment systems

- Managed implementation of a machine guidance and monitoring solution for blast hole drills decreasing hole position error- Participated in Modular Mining Dispatch mine optimization system upgrade and Mine Care asset health monitoring introduction for site- Led contractor installation of a wireless mesh network in the open pit mine- Contributed to a drill.

- Engaged a staff team of 8 full time students to make the 300 student building into a student community- Demonstrated value for changing a building community layout resulting students meeting more students

- Accountable for yearlong planning and success of this 200 competitor, 3 day event hosted at McMaster University- Managed a team of nine to stay within our $160,000 budget to cover accommodation, food, and cash - Marketed sponsorship of the event resulting in $107,000 of sponsorship

- Learned new skills for heavy equipment operation to complete an alumina silo repair project- Experienced the importance and value of safety in large business from an operations level

- Updated PI ProcessBook real-time data displays to reflect actual plant layout enabling its use as a training tool- Exceeded expectations in meeting timeline for work while also improving pipe labeling, and auditing P&I diagrams- Increased mill productivity and had work acknowledged by upper management
