Of course, now real-time personalized recommendations are commonplace. But back in 1996, this was an innovation opportunity waiting to be realized. With extensive knowledge and experience in Lean Startup, I teach this methodology to entrepreneurs at the University of Minnesota, and lead a group of large organizations in their pursuit to apply these principles in Lean Startup in the Enterprise.
