Think London is London's Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) agency, working to attract and help companies establish their presence in London. Working as part of the Channel Marketing team - I provide research, support and insight for the development of propositions for clients, and the management of information within the organisation. I also hold responsibility as the automotive sector touchpoint within Think London.

Senior Researcher with the FT Research Centre, London. - Lead in responding to enquiries received from external clients across a wide range of industry sectors- Defining appropriate research methodologies & delivering bespoke research projects for clients- Managing research projects through their lifecycle – being the first point of customer contact during this process- Supporting sales process by preparing project proposals - Conducting primary and secondary B2B research- Data analysis, utilising a wide range of available data sources

- Delivery of market insight, segmentation, consumer & competitive intelligence studies for senior management audiences- Development and implementation of strategic ‘Early Warning System’ for European senior management team - Management of $300k annual purchasing budget - selection and management of suppliers of market research and data sources- Co-ordination of global market information purchase strategy with North American & Asia Pacific teams- Development of communication plans for dissemination of findings from research studies to pan European audiences - Interface with product, customer, corporate strategy & other stakeholder groups to define research priorities and ensure objectives are being met- Recruitment and management of junior team members/assistants

- Delivery of market studies & content for corporate annual reports and business plans- Development of approaches to deliver market segmentation and competitive intelligence initiatives- Development & implementation of industry newsletters for global internal audience across all levels of organisation- Communication of research study findings and conducting internal surveys to monitor feedback and identify internal customer needs - Management of annual purchasing budget – identification & management of suppliers for purchased research and co-ordination with global team- Establishment of tracking system to monitor information source usage & ensure maximum utilisation- Co-ordination of research priorities within European marketing team- Selection, recruitment and management of research assistants
