Steven W. Sullivan (PB) is the Regional VP Operations for Parallel Capital Partners in Hawaii. He is responsible for overseeing the firm's assets in the Honolulu region, including Waterfront Plaza, Waikiki Marketplace and formerly Davies Pacific Center and 1415 Kalakaua. Sullivan works closely with Parallel's property management, leasing, and acquisition teams to create value and manage risks effectively in the market. Apart from his professional responsibilities, Sullivan is actively involved in the community. He serves on the board of Special Olympics Hawaii. Previously, he was a board member for Waikiki Improvement Association, President of Kaka'ako Improvement Association, Building Owners Managers Association and served as Governing Chair of Voyager School, a public charter school in Honolulu.In his free time, Sullivan enjoys traveling and has a passion for all things related to Disney, which he shares with his spouse. He continues to support various charitable and community service projects and organizations.
