I currently work at the DMOC at Kirtland afb. I am reponsible for the development and running of Virtual Simulation for the the US Military and Many coalitions Countries.

As a scenario developer, responsible for building Red Air picture for the Next Generation Threat Simulator (NGTS) for multiple Virtual Flag Exercises, Joint Kill Chain events, Northern Edge Exercises, and Homeland defense events. Received training on the Scenario Toolkit Generation Environment (STAGE) providing backup and system continuity. Recognized Subject matter expert on data link systems and capabilities, Tactics, techniques, and procedures, served as the (JICO). The driving force behind more realistic datalink simulation for all Distributed Mission Operation Center (DMOC) training events. Assigned as Assistant Project officer for introduction of the Situational Awareness Datalink (SADL) to the Battle space, he provided datalink modeling into the DMOC that allows the integration of The Virtual A-10’s and The Air National Guard F-16’s into the training environment. Efforts included working with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and other outside agencies involved in the SADL process. The efforts led to incorporating the SADL messages formats into the Virtual and constructive applications to provide better real world training. Experience as Military leader is invaluable, serves as mentor to the young military officers and enlisted personnel responsible for leading and supporting DMOC projects. Requested and received Personnel from Air Operations Centers (AOC)’s and the Marines Tactical Air Operations Centers (TAOC) and to train on Datalink operations during Virtual Flag exercises.

Worked as a full time functioning as a member of the FORSCOM Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) “Fly away” cell in support of Joint and Combined contingencies and exercises. Specific duties included liaison with Operational CINC staffs for contingency and exercise planning and preparation. Develop Multi-TADIL architectures for use within assigned AOR/Theaters, preparing or reviewing OPTASK LINK messages. Conducted curriculum revisions, courseware development, and multimedia enhancements, for all JMTS courses. Prepares, manages, and evaluates JT-301 end-of-course critiques, which will support proposed changes to course. Served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the Joint Range Extension (JRE), Interim Jico Support System (IJSS), Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI), the Common Conductivity Device (CCD) and Radios.
