Being passionate about technology and the way it can rapidly change a society, I feel blessed to have a career in a sector which is at the front row of innovation. And if you thought that the most disruptive technologies are behind us, think again. Set a reminder in 10 years and look back how Artificial Intelligence, 3D printing and Internet of Things will have radically changed the way we collaborate with each other, produce goods, run our households or go shopping. Having had the privilege of working with amazing people for more than a decade already, I absolutely believe that people are every organization’s most valuable asset in order to attain an outstanding customer experience and achieve exceptional business results. The words of David Packard describe wonderfully how my take on management looks like: “The job of a manager is to support his or her staff, not vice versa”. I empower people to deliver results in the way they prefer and in all flexibility regarding time and place. I feel at home in a professional atmosphere where entrepreneurship and free speech are valued - it is impossible to overestimate the effects of a great company culture on one’s motivation. After spending years in the labyrinth of corporate processes, I am passionate about finding efficiencies in the everyday work of people and am not afraid to question the way we are organized and the way we work together.I consider myself to be an enthusiastic and optimistic person, who will always find time to help out colleagues and who will put the customer in the center of everything I do. In my spare time, I love to travel and discover new cultures but can enjoy the small joys in life equally well.
