About Steven Morgan

• Steven is currently working out of Business Process Management & Re-engineering to enhance the digital customer experience at Santander Bank. As part of our digital readiness, we are building out the Branch Teller-ATM metrics to understand our migratable customer base. His leadership role is the driving force behind IT's UAT/E2E testing for the new Horizon/OpenBank application in the Contact Center and Back Office verticals.• In the Chief Data Office, he built core customer data models. Leading architecture and advisory panels focused on modelling regulatory statutes from a data quality perspective. His team built a data governance framework closing 3 MRAs.• Prior to the CDO, Steven led and architected a core customer mail-in marketing campaign for Consumer & Business Banking Technology in conjunction with Analytics & Decision Sciences to decommission the Argus application saving the bank $1.2M annually.• Prior to SBNA, Steven led Azure migrations and infrastructure assessments for Forbes 100 Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Insurance companies. He worked closely with SVPs on presentations, pricing, and delivery for projects he developed. In his recovery time, he leveled up by earning certifications and assisting executives in creating dashboards and approach decks.• Alexion Pharmaceuticals employed Mr. Morgan. While there, he was certified on Good Manufacturing Practices and each bio-assay and instrument the Biological Sciences team and Core Chemistry teams housed. Daily work was split between two positions: Lab Management & LIMS Migration due his technology background. Lab Management consisted of early morning sample intake and analysis and late night cleaning/preparation, documentation, and general maintenance. The LIMS Migration consisted of daily sessions reviewing and testing integrity of data: control charts, environmental conditions, bio-assay test data, and expiration/inventory management data. Our onshore team worked with our global transformation team to deliver product 3 months in advance.• Steven has been working autonomously with data since High School. Working under NSF/INBRE grants with URI/RIC, Steven was exposed to molecular modeling research projects e.g., tamoxifen-derivatives. There, he organized millions of rows of molecular-system data. Learned about sFTP and batch processing. He has published work on building & designing protein-ligand complexes.• When he was younger, he built autoexec.bat scripts, playing games like chess, math blaster and star craft. This helped solidify his curiosity for problem solving.
