I am the Vice President of Xperience Management for Smith Entertainment Group. I oversee all security and guest experience operations for each event held at Delta Center, America First Field, Zions Bank Basketball Campus, and Utah Olympic Oval (specifically for the Utah Hockey Club) in addition to assisting in the oversight of Salt Lake City Stars games at Maverik Center. I manage our frontline ambassadors in addition to working directly with SLPD, SLFD, Team K9, Gold Cross Ambulance, and University of Utah Health to ensure the safety, security, and event enjoyment of these venues' guests and employees.Prior to coming to Salt Lake City, I was the Senior Event Security Supervisor at Brigham Young University overseeing security operations of LaVell Edwards Stadium and Marriott Center.
