Building up from a team of 6 up to a team of 14, I managed a team to support support Consultants and hiring managers with all new recruitment and provide support for all aspects of vacancy creation and management. I've needed to have a good knowledge of employment law, stakeholder engagement, and a high degree of technical knowledge ti pass this on to this newly formed team.This coincided with the launch of our new recruitment platform designed to make it as easy as possible for hiring managers and potential applicants to manage or find new vacancies. I was heavily involved in the project for the year prior to launch and built the team with these new systems and processes in mind.
