Asset Solutions is a rated Master, Primary and Special servicer for CMBS securitizations.Responsible for a remote division that services over $300 billion in commercial loan assets and produces in excess of $26 million in annual revenues.Manage four locations including approximately 200+ staff; Sales, budgeting, staffing and operations.Increased revenues by over 100% in three year timeframe.Increased profits from a net loss position to a margin of approximately 60%.
SVP of Loan Operations, responsible for managing the loan servicing operations of First American Bank (Bryan, Texas).
