The primary product lines serviced are Syndicated Bank Loans, CLOs, CDOs, CMBS, RMBS, ABS and franchise securitizations. Asset Solutions & Loan Administration also provides syndicated loan servicing solutions and administrative agent services. Asset Solutions is a rated Master, Primary and Special servicer for CMBS securitizations.Responsible for a remote division that services over $300 billion in commercial loan assets and produces in excess of $26 million in annual revenues.Manage four locations including approximately 200+ staff; Sales, budgeting, staffing and operations.Increased revenues by over 100% in three year timeframe.Increased profits from a net loss position to a margin of approximately 60%.

SVP of Loan Operations, responsible for managing the loan servicing operations of First American Bank (Bryan, Texas). Managed a department of 60 full time employees who were responsible for $2.8 billion in loan assets in approximately 30,000 loan relationships. These relationships consisted of single family, commercial and consumer loans that were serviced in-house.Analyzed the existing centralized loan servicing organization at FAB and successfully developed and implemented a strategic plan designed to cure FAB's loan servicing problems. The strategic plan encompassed staffing, training, automated systems, tracking workflows, evaluation tools and redesigned processes and departmental responsibilities. Successfully managed multiple ALLTEL loan system conversions and the transitioning of the loan systems to in-house processing.Managed the development of formal policies and procedures for FAB's Loan Operations department.Improved hiring processes, developed staff and significantly reduced departmental turnover.Cleared documentation claims and recovered over $400,000 in holdback reserves from previous FAB servicing sales.

VP of Loan Administration, responsible for managing the loan servicing operations of Beal Bank. Managed a department of 50 full time and contract employees who were responsible for $1.8 billion in loan assets in approximately 52,000 loan relationships. These relationships consisted of single family, commercial and consumer loans that were serviced in-house and by outside vendors. Departments managed included post closing, collection call center, default control (foreclosures/bankruptcies), customer service, new loan setup and maintenance, single family REO, investor accounting and lien releases.Successful in re-staffing, building employee morale and installing a teamwork ethic in the Loan Administration Department. This department had been depleted when the previous manager left taking many key employees with him.Realigned staffing and supervisory relationships to achieve increased productivity with fewer staff.Analyzed and planned the consolidation of outside service vendor relationships (LSBO's) to achieve efficiencies in management and investor reporting.Managed the conversion and integration of the largest single asset purchase in the history of Beal Bank (Approximately 26,000 loans aggregating $1.2 billion in principal).Improved procedures for managing defaulted loans, leading to more timely resolutions of problem loan assets.

Additionally, responsible for commercial loan administration and facilities management for branches. Served on the holding company asset review committee.Relocated the Asset Management Department and combined it with the Commercial Loan Servicing Department and the Single Family OREO Department to achieve work flow efficiencies and recurring annual cost savings in excess of $300,000.Headed disposition efforts that resulted in decreases in non-performing assets of approximately $60 million annually.Managed the Commercial Loan Department responsible for a $660 million portfolio of commercial mortgage and operating loans and generated fee income on loans serviced for others sufficient to cover all servicing costs to Metropolitan on its wholly owned portfolio.Authored Metropolitan's commercial lending policies and had individual lending authority to $500,000.Served on Metropolitan's due diligence team throughout its aggressive acquisition era, paving the way for profitable bank acquisitions.

Experience included debtor/creditor workouts, valuations of real estate as support for audit engagements, evaluation and implementation of automated computer systems, organizational reviews and accounting control reviews.

Served in many capacities the last of which was Senior Consultant in the Management Advisory Services Department serving primarily the real estate industry. Projects included workouts, real estate valuations, private and public syndications, diagnostic reviews of real estate companies, audits of partnerships, real estate feasibility studies and automating clients accounting systems.
