The key to all success is can we adapt and thrive even amidst change. In my work for Accenture I ensure the change we drive for the growth and efficiency of the organization is translated into a process and training that ensures long-term adoption and success. From communications plans to need assessments my team and I generate a complete package to help clients and their teams navigate the change with ease. We bring the latest in organizational learning to provide the right level of training to each step in the learning journey. My work has included long-form job-aids, training documents, interactive modules, video development and more. At the end of the day what I do is seek to understand the inner workings of process, technology and existing employee behavior to design and steward a path forward aligned to our shared success. The success we’ve shared has generated professional relationships built on trust and mutual respect that keep me excited for the work each and every day. I’ve been a lifelong musician and when time allows I love to create a new arrangement to a piece of music, I have a particular fondness for jazz arrangements of classic Beatles songs. I play the alto saxophone, flute and the piano. I grew up in Munich Germany, settled outside of Phoenix Arizona where we raised our two kids and today call Austin Texas home.
