I started in the materials handling industry shortly after leaving school 1984. I have gained my knowledge of the industry from different roles I have held in both the after sales and new business aspects of the business. I believe the technical experience I gained early on in my career has given me the foundation to fully understand the importance to our customers, that customer service is the key to a successful business partnership.
