As the MDA Liaison to NORAD-USNORTHCOM, I interact with Combatant Command (CCMD) senior Government leadership (FO/GO and SES level) on Missile Defense System (MDS) related matters to ensure coordinated development and deployment within the CCMD Area of Responsibility.

Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Schriever Space Force Base, Site Lead.Warfighter Integrator, GMD Subject Matter Expert (SME), in support of Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) GMD programmatic, technical, integration, fielding, and operational efforts.Provide Warfighter Integration support for GMD, in Colorado Springs, to include support for GMD planning and execution for Wargames and Exercises, Warfighter and End-User Training (both Institutional and Sustainment Training), and planning and execution of the GMD/U.S. Northern Command /Space and Missile Defense Command Review Board (GNSRB)

Provides classroom based instruction to Military, Government Civilian and Contractors in support of the Ground-based Midcourse Defense program. Conducts research, gathering data to configure, maintain and develop new and existing media and materials.

Coordinates all aspects of training for the customer. Develops the yearly training schedule, student materials for training; coordinates with outside resources and travel coordination for the training team. The focal point for all training requirements and needs between the customer and the GMD Training Team.Ensures all training materials meet or exceed U.S. ARMY Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) standards in order to recieve Joint Staff Accreditation.

• Supervised, trained and ensured the safety of over 30 military and civilian employees providing hazardous training to 75 student personnel daily with a 100% safety record• Senior Instructor for the United States Marine Corps Detachment at Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal. Accumulated more than 500 hours of instructional time both in the classroom and during high-risk practical applications.• Curriculum Manager for Demolition Division Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal. Responsible for ensuring the most updated and relevant information is provided in 17 periods of instruction. • Testing officer, responsible for the proper execution of all testing in Demolition Division and ensuring the administrative functions of testing are accomplished accurately and in a timely manner. • Analyzed internal processes while recommending and implementing procedural or policy changes to improve and streamline operations while promoting overall mission accomplishment while remaining flexible and adaptable. • Implemented policies which established the standardization and management of all explosive training operations for the United States Navy’s Explosive Ordnance Disposal School. • Effectively controlled costs and developed operating budgets. • Monitored employee productivity and optimized procedures to reduce costs.

Trained and evaluated EOD operators in Air Raid, Tracked Vehicle Raid, Wheeled Vehicle Raid and Direct-Action Platoon operations in support of three Marine Expeditionary Units (Special Operations Capable). • Provided superb instruction on Small Unit Tactics and Small Arms, to the Ugandan Peoples Defense Force, as part of the Security Cooperation Assistance Team, Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force – Africa.

• Managed a multi-national forensics laboratory resulting in the identification of over 400 suspected terrorists and the capture and prosecution of 64. • Primary instructor for the Joint Expeditionary Forensic Facility, Tactical Site Exploitation training course in Baghdad, Iraq. Instruction to Iraqi military focused on the proper collection and processing of IED evidence for follow-on examination in Iraqi forensics laboratories, ensuring explosive safety, chain of custody, and preservation of biometric evidence to enable their own weapons technical intelligence and rule of law programs. • Provided Department of Justice response team personnel instruction and evaluation in C-IED, combat skills and tactical weapons training for high-threat, high-profile operations in Iraq.

• Trained and evaluated organizational personnel in all aspects of Counter-Improvised Explosive Device defeat tactics, to include ground sign awareness and tracking.• Entry level Team member gaining a solid military base in the Explosive Ordnance Disposal community quickly rising to Section Supervisor.
