Senior Developer responsible for various classic ASP, ASP.NET and MS Access & MS Access ADP applications and development. SQL Server duties include DB Restores to development, DTS and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) package development and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) development.

Three separate engagements as a consultant working on various projects extracting/reporting from MS SQL Server legacy DB's and writing various MS Access applications. Rewrote Legacy Accounting package in MS Access. Designed and implemented a MS Access application to replace a very complex Hurricane Claims spreadsheet that calculated various insurance exposures, potential losses, claims payouts to client and reinsurer's. This application eliminated redundant and destructive updating of the large spreadsheet, eliminated corrupted data and provided management with accurate reporting.

Project to convert National Semi’s mission-critical Microsoft Access Trailer Leasing, Yard Management, Billing and Management information systems to use Microsoft SQL Server as the back end database. The system is used by multiple users in 12 corporate and operational locations throughout the United States. The first step in this process was to convert all manual application Code from DAO to ADO in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). After the ADO conversion, the application was upsized and converted to a Microsoft Access ADP project (which uses SQL Server as the back-end database instead of using native MS Access Data files). The final SQL DB included 120 tables, 299 views, 402 Stored Procedures and 244 User Defined Functions. The final Access ADP had over 240 forms and over 100 reports.

Business Analyst and Programming Manager. Had up to 8 ADABAS/Natural developers reporting to me. I also provided people care/management for a few Business Analysts and technical people (BASIS) without in-country managers.

Business Analyst in charge of design (including gap analysis) and implementation of a 24/7 mill order processing system. Major functions included bar-coded discrete inventory, production reporting, product labeling, and shipment processing. I designed and implemented the custom DB for this application from scratch.
